Photoset: Evangelion 'Roses for the Dead'

This has been a project I've spent a long time editing on and off. I have posted a few images from the set across social media over the past few months but now I have finally finished the whole set! I wanted to try and convey the emotional journey each of the characters experience throughout the story of Neon Genesis Evangelion. The characters featured in this photo set are Rei, Kaworu and Asuka.

Queen of the forest

I picked up this beautiful Asuna Yuuki figure recently. It depicts her in the outfit she was given in the ALO arc of the Sword Art Online story. Though a negative time for her, she looked beautiful and it's my favourite outfit of hers. I took a few profiles of her in my garden this week. I have big plans for some photos with her in the future, just need an assistant!

SQ Homura Akemi!

I've been meaning to re shoot an idea I had around this figure for a while now. This is my favourite look of Homura. It touches my heart remembering how Madoka will always be there with her in spirit as Homura continues to protect the world. You can see it in the beautiful smile Akemi-san wears, that rare but beautiful smile! I did my best to emulate those feelings in this little set, enjoy!
